Santhosh has over 10 years of experience as Database Architect and Project Manager involved in the Implementation of Business Applications for various industries. He was responsible for implementing Agent Sales Compensation system at Blue cross Blue Shield a Health Insurance Company. He spent about 2 years at Mercy Health Services as Database Architect and built a Data warehouse application to analyze Purchase orders from different network hospital systems.

While at UMI a publishing company, he designed and implemented a Royalty system to pay royalties to the owners of the content published or distributed. Also spent 3 years at SME (Society of Manufacturing Engineering) and designed a Magazine Circulation system to gather customer information, compile the information to qualify and classify customers for sending promotional materials and free magazine subscriptions. Prior to SME, he worked at Ford Motor Company developing software applications for controlled equipment maintenance management and deploy it at different assembly plants.

Mr. Bijinapally holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences from National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, India and has also earned a Masters in Computer Sciences from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark.

Mahidhar Puvvada

Mahidhar was instrumental in developing the company's business model and shaping its strategic direction. He implemented a unique recruitment, training and retention plan that has played a major role in building CyberWiz's large pool of highly talented consultants. Mr. Puvvada currently oversees sales and resource management. In addition, he manages the recruitment and professional development activities for CyberWiz.

Prior to joining CyberWiz, Mr.Puvvada was an independent consultant involved in ERP implementations using PeopleSoft at various Fortune 500 client locations across the globe. He was a consultant and project manager with Tata Infotech Ltd. (TIL), one of the largest consulting organizations in Southeast Asia before migrating to the United States.

Rama R. Sreeramaneni

Started his career at Vehicle Dynamics International as a Software Engineer developing accident reconstruction applications, while pursuing Master's Degree. After completion of Master's Degree he had joined in the Electronics Division of Ford Motor Company as Design engineer, after 2 years he was the lead engineer for the climate control module for which he was awarded a US patent. From there he moved to Advanced Vehicle Technology division in Ford Motor Company evaluating new technologies and tools to increase productivity and developing new strategies and implementing them in the vehicle programs. He was the team member and is very instrumental in developing the C3P project, Ford's latest productivity implementation strategy through out the world. In all Mr.Sreeramaneni has 6 years of experience in Ford Motor Company and 2 years in Vehicle Dynamics International prior to starting Hellosoft.
